Why I’m Rebranding: A New Chapter in Mental Health & Wellness

Updated: Mar 17

Change is a natural part of growth, and as I've continued to evolve both personally and professionally, I’ve found myself yearning to reach more people and offer more resources. For many years, I truly loved my one-on-one therapy practice. The connections I formed with clients were incredibly meaningful, and I had the privilege of witnessing their growth and transformation first hand. However, as much as I loved this deep, individualized work, I began to feel the pull to do more—to reach a broader audience and create lasting impact on a larger scale.

Through my years of facilitating workshops, speaking engagements, and training sessions, I realized just how powerful it is to connect with people in a group setting. There’s something about coming together and sharing insights, experiences, and support that creates healing in a way that one-on-one work sometimes can’t. I also found that as much as I loved individual therapy, I was unable to truly help everyone who needed support. I knew I needed to make change in my approach to serving others.

The body-mind-soul philosophy has been a core part of my approach from the beginning, starting within my therapy practice as Chana Campbell Body.Mind.Soul. This holistic approach helped clients not just address their mental health but also explore how their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being intertwined to create balance and resilience. Now, with this rebrand, we are expanding that vision beyond therapy.

If you’ve been looking for a more holistic approach to your well-being—one that recognizes the connection between your mind, body, and spirit—then I’m thrilled to walk this journey with you. I’m excited to continue providing a variety of support, strategies, and content to nurture your healing and growth. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us!
